How to Interpret Reviewer Feedback

You received your score and feedback from your last proposal submission. Was your score “close”? What did the reviewers say? Should you fix and resubmit?

These are all good questions. But BEWARE! Often, the written feedback does not reveal the true issues your reviewers had with your proposal. How do you know what those issues were?
